A seminar dedicated to getting you out of debt and into alignment
with your wealth.
The GrassRoots Program
WE offer this grassroots opportunity to individuals, communities,
churches and organizations throughout the country.
Here’s how it works, the grassroots sponsor and Dr. Reed
establish a date for the seminar. The GrassRoots Sponsor sets up
the program. We assist you, of course. No one is left alone to do
this work. For starters, we supply you with the flyer information,
and the enrollment conversation.
You are responsible for the enrollments (registration, collection
of checks, cash or for credit cards, they can go to the website www.DrAudreyReed.com
or the grassroots sponsor can take the info from the participant
go to our website and register the participant.
You secure the room that holds 50 people and ordering the coffee
and tea service for the mornings. Maximum enrollment per seminar
is 50; we’ll come back again and again for the waiting lists.
Normally Dr. Reed will come into town on a Thursday and stay until
Monday.
We like to schedule some local radio and local television on Friday
to promote the next seminar…so the grassroots sponsor has a waiting
list for the next date.
Friday Evening, Audrey will facilitate a two hour mini seminar
with question and answers, normally at the local bookstore, local
library or spiritual affiliations (churches, etc.) this is also good
for the community and the bookstore sales) and promotes the next
seminar.
Who’s Invited?
Friday night is for the community, invited
guests and seminar participants in the Debt Free Diva Saturday
and Sunday Seminar. Saturday and Sunday is the Seminar. Audrey flies
home on Monday.

Financial Information
Debt Free Divas is a two- day seminar; cost per participant is $299.00.
Early registration is normally $259.00
Girlfriend rate for early registration is $249.00 (if you and
your girlfriends register together as a group. That’s on the same
day at the same time.)
What do you get?
There are three ways to earn money in the grassroots program. They
all weave together.
1. Grassroots sponsors receive 40% of the net sales
of the seminar.
Plus+++++
2. Grass Root Sponsor gets 10% of all back of the
room sales – books, CDs and journals.
Plus whatever else we want to sell at the back of the room.

3. After Dr Reed is established in a grassroots
community, she will stay an additional day or two to do private
or semi private sessions for her methodology of Unblocking
the Pathway to Wealth (Spirit Journey). These are
normally pre booked by grassroots sponsor at $ 300.00,
per two hour
session, sponsor receives $30 per booked appointment.
PLUS+++++ The Bonus Rounds (residual source of income)
Once you or your organization are established as the Regional
GrassRoots Sponsor, you can take the grassroots program into
churches or community organization and give them twenty-five
percent of the net profits for putting together
their organizational seminar program with your assistance. They
enroll their members; you get 15% for assisting with the
process and the expertise of knowing how to do that and
they get 25% for creating the program within their organization.
We’ll assist you until you feel masterful in the process.
